I freelance as an assistant and retoucher for photographers who shoot portraits and lifestyle. A year and a half ago, I moved back to NYC after spending 18 years in Houston, Texas. I taught fine
art photography and video art at Rice University. In my free time, I enjoy shooting diverse subjects from skateboarders to homebound patients for editorial assignments. I am reliable, respectful, and a collaborative problem solver.

I loved drawing as a young artist. This eventually led me to draw with light using black-and-white film photography at the Maryland Institute, College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland. My love for language and other cultures inspired me to matriculate to a Swiss art school on the beautiful Lake Leman. I spent three years there and graduated with a "Diplome" (MFA equivalent) from the Ecole Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne. Later, I earned a MFA in Electronic Art from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, that helped me grow as an artist working with video installations and video.
