Guram Muradov

People, Portrait, Location Scout, Fashion, Beauty, Reportage, Prod. Assistant, Stillife, Food, International Exp.

Know How:

I have around 20 years of experience working as a photographer, both digital and analog. I’m comfortable with Canon, Leica, Fujifilm, Pentax and other medium and large-format 4×5 camera systems.

I have strong experience with studio lighting, strobes, speedlights, light modifiers, metering, camera setup, tethered shooting, and general studio workflow. I’m also experienced with film loading and processing, black-and-white

darkroom work, scanning, printing, and archival handling.

On the digital side, I work with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, including file management, color correction, retouching, exporting, and preparing images for print and publication.

I’m comfortable working in fast-paced environments, handling and organizing equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, setting up and breaking down lighting and camera gear, and supporting photographers during shoots.

I’m a self-taught freelance photographer and photojournalist with around 20 years of professional experience. I have worked as a photojournalist and

My photographs have been published by international outlets including Reuters, The Guardian, Al Jazeera, and National Geographic Georgia.

I have also worked in ICP’s Equipment Room and Photo Lab, which gave me extensive hands-on experience with professional photography equipment, studio systems, equipment organization, and assisting photographers and students with technical needs.
